the basic rights of all americans citizens are called natural rights. natural rights are to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happyness.it also says that if you take some ones rights away the government can take away your rights. you also have the right to freedom, of speech, religion, to the press, assembly and the right to petition. the power exists in the citizens hands. the government CAN NOT embrace a religion.
